IMPORTANT NOTICE

ATTENTION FUTURE TRADE FAIR HOSTS !!!!!!!

If you, your organization or your city would like to host The Intemational Windmillers Trade Fair for the year 2002, please send a one page written proposal to the Lubbock Trade Fair Committee by May 1, 2000.

Table space will be provided for your promotion and all bidders will be given the opportunity to speak at the Thursday morning business meeting. These names will be placed on the official ballot in alphabetic order.

Ballots will be distributed at the registration desk when you pick up your name badge. One ballot for each registered adult. A ballot box will be available and balloting will be on-going all day Wednesday, all day Thursday and until 2:00 P.M. on Friday.

At previous trade fairs many registered attendees have chosen to leave before the balloting took place at the banquet. We feel that this system will give everyone an equal opportunity to cast their vote for the 2002 site.

The winning location will be announced at the Friday night banquet and representatives will be invited to speak.
